Refund requests for all online payments needs to be submitted via email: [email protected] The Credit Card used for the online purchase will be refunded subject to the Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions of the respective Airline(s) and/or Hotel(s) pertaining to the booking. The final amount refunded will be determined considering the reasons and/or circumstances affecting the refund request.
The refund is to be converted to your local currency by your credit card company. How your reservation is processed will determine what reflects on the card statement. However, your statement will always depict "MyFare.lk" in the narration.
If two tickets were issued by mistake in the same reference with identical fare, routing and flight dates for the same passenger name, please submit a refund application and attach all necessary documentation.
Please send us an email to [email protected] within 1-2 hours. We will acknowledge via return email and no fee will apply if immediately notified. A full refund will be provided if it is concluded that a system glitch is at fault. Charges may apply if duplicate bookings are not notified immediately.
